Services
The scope of products, modules, configurations, integrations, implementation timelines, deliverables, and service levels shall be defined in the commercial documents agreed upon by the parties.
Accounts and authorised access
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, managing authorised users, maintaining appropriate access permissions, and promptly reporting any suspected unauthorised access or use.
License and acceptable use
Licenses are limited, non-transferable, and remain valid for the applicable subscription period. Users may not compromise or interfere with system security, conduct unauthorised reverse engineering, or use the services for unlawful activities.
Fees and payment
Fees, applicable taxes, payment terms, renewals, and consequences of late payment shall be governed by the applicable proposal, purchase order, or customer agreement.
Customer data
Customers retain their rights to the data they provide or input into the services. Qeetaa processes customer data only as necessary to provide the services, maintain security, comply with lawful instructions, and fulfil applicable legal obligations.
Availability and support
Availability targets, support hours, response times, scheduled maintenance, backup arrangements, and escalation procedures shall be determined by the applicable service level or support agreement.
Our team is available to clarify the commercial and technical scope of our services before the agreement begins.
Intellectual property
Qeetaa and its licensors retain all rights to the software, documentation, designs, methodologies, and underlying technologies. Ownership and usage rights relating to any custom deliverables shall be governed by the applicable written agreement.
Confidentiality
Each party shall protect confidential information using reasonable safeguards and shall use such information only as necessary to fulfil the applicable business relationship and contractual obligations.
Warranties and liability
Applicable warranties and limitations of liability shall be governed by the relevant commercial agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
Services may be terminated in accordance with the applicable agreement, including in cases of material breach that remains uncured, failure to make required payments, or where termination is required for legal or security reasons.
Changes and governing terms
We may update these website terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means where appropriate. The governing law and dispute resolution mechanisms shall be determined by the applicable customer agreement.
